Kitchen and catering equipment includes:

Waste disposal equipment and connection
Water boilers and boiling water taps
Soup maker/dispenser
Rice boilers
Bratt pans
Dishwasher
Glass washer
PPE or uniform washing machines
Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV).

WaterSafe approved businesses and installers must commit to the terms and conditions, including ensuring only approved Catering Installers issue a certificate of compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Have £2 million of public liability insurance and, where appropriate, £5 million of employers’ liability cover.
WaterSafe has four Approved Contractor Schemes which offer an Approved Catering Installer sector and the route to becoming approved by WaterSafe is through one of these schemes. These are: Anglian Water’s APlus, Severn Trent’s WaterMark, the Water Industry Approved Plumbing Scheme (WIAPS) and the Scotland and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF).
