Catching leaks early can help you avoid unexpected costs and reduce water waste.

By taking simple steps to check for leaks, you can save money and help protect precious water resources.

To check check for leaks:

  1. Place a square of toilet paper at the back of the toilet bowl

  2. Leave it overnight

  3. If it’s wet or torn by morning, the toilet is leaking and needs fixing.
